Phone referrals are available in English and Spanish.
After getting some basic information about a case, clients are referred to an attorney that is qualified to handle the case.
Each referred client will receive a free 30 minute consultation with the attorney.
Through the LRS, the public can also access hundreds of information pieces on common legal issues, in English and Spanish.
These information pieces cover a vast array of legal issues and are available by phone, as online text or as streaming audio.
After receiving a referral, a representative of the LRS will contact the client from time to time either by phone or mail for quality control purposes or to get basic information about the case.
